These terms govern your use of the thevideostrategylab.com website and the video editing services provided by The Video Strategy Lab, an initiative by Contensify ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide short-form video editing services (Simple Edits, Complex Edits and Enterprise plans) as described on this website. Specific deliverables, turnaround times and revision counts are as stated on the plan you purchase or agree to at the time of booking.
Client responsibilities
- You confirm you own or hold the necessary rights to any footage, audio, images or other material you send us for editing.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through our forms.
- Turnaround times (e.g. 48–72 hours) begin once we've received all footage and information needed to start the edit.
Revisions
Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds, as listed on the pricing page at the time of your order. Additional revisions beyond that may be billed separately.
Payment
Pricing is as listed on our pricing page or as otherwise agreed in writing. Packs and custom Enterprise pricing are billed according to the terms confirmed when you book.
Intellectual property
Once paid in full, you own the final edited video files we deliver to you. We may request permission to reference completed work in our own portfolio or marketing.
Limitation of liability
We aim to deliver high-quality edits within the agreed turnaround, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
